Organisational-level bookings
The organisational-level bookings download feature allows you to combine a file of all bookings made across each setting in your organisation. The CSV file looks similar to the bookings download file you can generate via the site-level Occupancy report, but includes new fields for the site name and Child ID.
This means you'll be able to get an overview of all the bookings across your organisation in one report and you'll be able to use this report to easily track your billing and occupancy.
How to download organisational-level bookings
To download a report of all bookings in your organisation:
Click on the Attendance button in your sidebar
Click on Reports and select Occupancy
Select your organisation from the drop-down list
Click on the Export CSV button and select Bookings from the drop down list
Enter your preferred date range and click Download
The CSV Download
Your CSV file will include:
All bookings that fall into the date range selected
A column for each child's ID
A column for the name of the child's setting
