How to manage your notifications

Manage your notification settings:

You can choose which events in the app you'll receive a notification for:

  • Log in to the app.

  • Click on your photo in the upper right corner of the screen.

  • Choose My Account in the dropdown menu.

  • Select Notifications and Messaging


Which notifications

On this page, you can change which notifications you'd like to receive.

The options are to receive a notification when:

  • There is a new post on the News Feed

  • There is a new comment on a post you follow

  • You get a private message

  • You get a team message

  • You receive a new calendar invitation

  • My child is signed in or out

  • My child sleeps

  • My child is sick or on holiday

  • My child details update

  • There is a new enquiry signup



How you receive notifications

You can choose how you'd like to receive notifications.

  • You can decide to receive:
    an email notification

  • Push notification (Remember to check if you have given permission to send push messages in the general settings of your device.)

  • or both


When you get notified

You can limit when you receive notifications.

You can:

  • Turn notifications off in the evening

  • Turn notifications off over the weekends

Once you're happy with your choices, click Save.
