Welcome to Famly! We're excited to have you join us. Once you receive your login from your child's setting, you'll be all set to access Famly on your smartphone, tablet, or computer—whatever works best for you. Just a heads up, Famly might look a bit different depending on the device you use. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about using Famly on your smartphone.

Newsfeed

When you first log in, you'll see your Newsfeed. At the top of this page, you can tap on My news to switch to Bookmarks to see posts you've saved.

On the Newsfeed, you can like and comment on posts, you can tag photos of your child, and be kept up to date with goings-on at the setting.

You can always navigate back to your Newsfeed by clicking on the home icon in the menu bar at the bottom of your screen.

Child Profile

The next tab over if your child's profile. Here, you can see your child's activity feed, enter sickness, absences, and holiday days, and request care for your child. By clicking on More, you'll be able to see your child's Bookings, their learning Journey (where you can add your own observations), Notes, Safeguarding disclosures, Photos, information about Leave and information about the Setting.

Messages

Next up is your messaging inbox. Here, you can send and receive messages, as well as seeing your archived messages

Notifications

All your notifications are stored under the bell icon in your menu bar. New, unread notifications will show up as a little red number, so you'll be sure never to miss anything important. Here, you'll receive notifications for permissions the setting would like you to answer, accident and incident forms you need to acknowledge and to inform you of new invoices that have been sent to you. And any other important things going on at the setting.

Menu

The last tab in your menu bar are your Menu settings. Here, you can edit your account settings, see My calendar, Activity plans, your Balance, access the Help Centre and read the setting's Terms and policies. You can also Log Out from here.

Account Settings

Moving away from your menu bar to the top of your screen, you'll see your profile picture. Tapping on your profile picture in the top right, you'll reach your Account Settings. Here, you can enter or update your Contact information, set your app and translation language, set your notification and message preferences, see or change your Password and PIN, and manage your Payment Methods.
