Favourite Rooms
As a staff member, you can choose which rooms you would like to receive messages and notifications from by marking them as favourites. A favourite room is shown with a star icon in your overview:
When you are assigned to a room, it will automatically be marked as your favourite. This means you will automatically receive notifications and messages from that room.
Mark or Unmark a Room as a Favourite
You can also manually choose to favourite or unfavourite other rooms.
To do this:
Go to your room overview
Tap on the room you'd like to favourite or unfavourite
Tap the star icon in the top right corner
A grey star means the room is not a favourite:
Selecting the star will turn it yellow, which means the room is now a favourite:
You will then receive all notifications and messages from that Room. To remove a room from your favourites, just tap the yellow star again to turn it grey.
💡 Marking a Room as a favourite also allows you to send Newsfeed posts from that room, as long as you have permission to do so
