Receive messages and notifications from Rooms
As a staff member, you can choose the rooms that you'd like to receive messages and notifications from by setting them as your Favourite. The symbol for a Favourite Room is a star.
Starred (favourite) rooms will appear in the Starred tab in your setting overview.
If you want to select or deselect a room as a favourite, you need to enter the Room from the setting overview. In the upper right corner (next to the graph), you'll find a star symbol.
A grey star means that the room is not a favourite
Clicking the star symbol it turns yellow and the room is now a favourite. You'll now receive all notifications and messages from that room
Note this will also allow you to send newsfeed posts from this room, given that you have permission to do so.
☝️ Please note that there is no way to limit how many rooms a staff member favourites (or stars). Staff members can favourite and access team messages for any room, even if they have not been assigned to them
