Checking Parent Setup Status
You can check which parents have already added a payment method and follow up with those who have not yet completed setup.
To view payment setup status:
Go to Finances → Payments → Debt collection report
Filter the report by payment method
Export the list to review which parents are set up
Follow up with any parents who have not added a payment method
💡 If you have enabled the setting to require a payment method, parents will be blocked from accessing Famly until they add one. In this case, you will not need to check setup status manually.
