Sharing the Activity Planner with Parents

As well as using the Activity Planner to plan your adult-led activities and continuous provision, you can also use it to share what's going on in your setting with parents.

When adding a section to your Activity Planner, you can choose if the section should be visible to parents or if it should only be visible to staff, for example, if you add a personalised adapted provision for a SEND child.

When an activity plan is published, parents with children in the room the activity plan is for can always view it (except sections marked as “invisible to parents”). Parents receive a notification and can view it via the 'Home' tab under Activity plans.
