How You Receive Invoices From Your Child's Setting

You will receive invoices for your child's fees in two different ways:

Email

If you are a bill-payer for your child, you will receive an email from notification@famly.co with a PDF document of your invoice attached.

In-app

In order to view your child's invoices in-app, you must be listed as an invoice recipient.

To view your invoices in the Famly app:

  • Tap on the Account icon in your menu bar

  • From here, go to Balance

💡 If you're using Famly on a desktop computer, click on the Home icon and head to the Balance tab from there

  • To view cancelled invoices, tap on Show, then check the Show cancelled invoices box

💡 If you can't see the Balance tab, your nursery may still need to add you as an invoice recipient, even if you’re already listed as the bill payer. Please reach out to your nursery directly to have this updated


What Famly Invoices Look Like

To open an invoice, tap on it from the list of payments and invoices in your Account overview. On each invoice, you'll see the invoice number, date and due date at the top. Below that, you'll see a description and price for each charge as well as any public funding your child has been allocated. The Payment Due figure is your final invoice total for that month.

💡 If you're using Famly on a smartphone or tablet, the invoice will open up in your default browser
