If you’re a parent or a contact for a child and want to have your profile or your child’s data deleted, you’ll need to get in touch with your nursery or childcare setting directly.
💡 Famly simply stores and manages data on their behalf. For privacy reasons, we can’t delete any of your information ourselves. That includes both your profile and your child’s data
Your nursery or childcare setting is in charge of this, which means:
Only they can delete your data or ask us to delete it
Any request to delete data needs to go through them
To request that your nursery delete your child's data or your profile:
Contact your nursery’s manager or their data protection officer
Let them know exactly what you’d like removed. For example, your parent profile, your child’s details, or both
They’ll then start the process to get your data deleted
💡 Tip: It’s a good idea to put your request in writing (for example, by email) so you’ve got a record of it
