Removing a contact person's login as well as deleting a contact person in your Famly platform is done from a child's profile.
Removing the login of a child's contact person
Enter the profile of the child to whom the contact belongs.
Click the Contacts tab and find the contact person whose log-in you want to remove
Scroll down to the Email row (in the contact information) and select Remove Login
(You can re-instate the contact's log-in by simply clicking send log-in and choosing the appropriate role). When a user's last role is deactivated, the user is logged out from all devices, and they can no longer log in. Parents with children who have left their setting will still be able to access Famly as long as their role has not been revoked.
Deleting a child's contact person
Enter the profile of the child to whom the contact belongs
Click the Contacts tab and find the contact person whose log-in you want to remove
Click Edit on the right-hand side of the contact's profile
Scroll right down to the bottom of the page and click Delete
