To-dos assigned to you that have a date now show in the top section of the calendar week view!

On the site calendar (with the right permission) you'll see all staff's todos and, on your own calendar, you'll see only yours.

You can now store more child info directly in Famly, in the Basic info and Sensitive information tabs on the child's profile

With Automatic Invoicing, you can set up monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly invoicing frequencies and apply these to any bill payer. We'll even let you know once we've sent the invoices and tell you exactly how many were sent.

In some cases, invoices will fail to be sent (this could be because some parents have already been partially invoiced for the period chosen, for example). In the past, this may have led you to miss these payments, but not with Famly's Automatic Invoicing.

We'll let you know about any failed invoices, and you can head over and use the batch invoicing page to see the errors, correct them, and manually send out anything that's been left over.

Parents get a refreshed view of Tax-Free Childcare

Parents setting up or managing Tax-Free Childcare now get a refreshed experience: the "grant HMRC permission" and "link your child" steps open in modals with a fresh look that's consistent with how the rest of the app shows modals. The flow itself is unchanged — same steps, same outcome — it just looks and feels more in line with the rest of Famly.

Work tags now offer 6 additional colours

Work tags now offer 6 additional colours (Teal, Turquoise, Pink, Crimson, Purple, Brown) — 12 in total — so sites can build a colour-coded system for the staff schedule that better reflects how their setting runs. New colours are desktop-first; mobile follows with the next app release.
