Tag allergens on meal plan items
Staff can now tag allergens on meal plan items. Those allergens then show up on the Meal Plans calendar view, next to the meal item, where staff and parents can both see them.

Plan parts for annualised improved invoicing
Managers can now add multiple booking patterns to an Annualised plan in the improved invoicing experience. On invoices, each plan part is displayed as a clearly labelled section (using the name of the attendance schedule) with its own subtotal, plus an overall total.

Instant parent bookings
Parent bookings have been given a major makeover, and the update is now live:
An improved look and experience for parents.
Parents will no longer be able to book a session for when you're closed. No more needing to check whether a care request falls on the weekend, after closing hours, or on a closing day.
You get more control over exactly how many days in advance parents and carers can book extra sessions. For example, you could prevent parents and carers from booking a session for the next morning, if that's too short notice.
You'll be able to include standard discounts, so that they are always applied to the purchase.
And, of course...
You'll be able to allow parents to book and pay upfront for a session, if there is capacity (based on room capacity & expected attendance)
No need to review and approve the request. If you have space for the booking, Famly will do it for you!

The crew redesigned how a critical part of how invoice data is stored and retrieved, introducing a new, faster format, resulting in a significant reduction in timeout rates. Sidekick users can now manage their personal settingsEvery user who has Sidekick now gets a settings page where they can review and edit Sidekick's memory about them, and set personal preferences for how Sidekick responds. Look for the gear icon in the Sidekick which links straight to the personal settings page (one click, no dropdown to navigate). "View accident forms" permissionAccident forms were previously visible to anyone with the "View child information" permission, the core permission needed to see children in Famly. There is now a separate "View accident forms" permission, giving managers the option to hide accident forms from roles that don't need to see them. Existing roles are not affected, so everyone who could see accident forms before still can. |
