🔒 The new Enquiries List can be toggled on by going to Settings → Playground → New Enquiries List (Beta)
How to Find the Enquiries List
You can use the Enquiries List to keep track of potential new starters, children you've enrolled at your setting, and booked showarounds. You can see your Enquiries List by going to Attendance in your sidebar → Registration → Enquiries (Beta) tab.
Enquiries can be viewed on site-level, or organisational-level if you are part of a group of settings.
How do I see an overview of new starters in my setting?
At the very top of your Enquiries page, you'll see your key statistics, including:
Total enquiries
How many showarounds have been booked
How many children have been enrolled from your enquiries list, and
How many potential children have been lost
Underneath your key statistics, you'll see all enquiries. If you'd like to narrow down your overview, you can click on + Add filter. You can filter by:
Creation date
Child's start date
This is the date entered in the Expected start date part of the child's enquiry profile
Status
You can choose from confirmed, contacted, enrolled, lost, new, viewed, or waiting list
Room
Activity
These are actions you've taken, like phoning the parent, completing a showaround, or changing an enquiry status
Site
If you are part of an organisation, you can add the Site filter and select specific sites you'd like to see on your Enquiries list
You can also use the search bar to search for information within each enquiry, such as subject lines or notes.
If you are part of an organisation, you can view your enquiries by organisation, or by site using the setting dropdown on the right:
💡 If you'd like to download your Enquiries List, click on Export to create a CSV file of all your enquiry profiles and their information
How to Add a New Enquiry
To add a new enquiry:
Click on the New enquiry button
Enter the information you have about the child in the relevant fields
Check the Book showaround box to enter the details of the showaround (this is where you show the child and their family around your site)
You can always edit the showaround time later, by opening up the saved enquiry and hovering over the showaround time
When you're finished, click Confirm
💡 If you are part of an organisation, you'll only see the New enquiry button if you're viewing your Enquiry List on site-level. So make sure you've not selected the entire organisation in the site picker at the top
Creating a Child Profile from Enquiries
Once you have completed the information in the new enquiry form, a Profile for the child will be created. If you click on the child's listing in Enquiries, this profile will open and you will be able to enter further details about the child and the requested booking pattern. This means you will be able to give the child's parents a quote for their childcare.
You can also send out a Form via a child's enquiry profile for families to enter more information about their child for you. To do so, open their enquiry profile, click on the Registration tab and click on Send form in the Registration forms section.
Once you're ready for the child to start at your setting, all you have to do is open the Profile (by clicking on the enquiry) and click Enroll.
Once you click on Enroll you will be asked to select a start date and room.
💡 Once a child is enrolled, their status will change to enrolled - this cannot be changed again as the child now has an active profile
If you open a an enrolled child's enquiry, you can click on the Go to Child Profile button in the Status section to go to the child's enrolled/active profile.
Add an Enquiry Form to your Website
By clicking on Website form, you can encourage parents to send their child's information straight to your Enquiries List from your website. All you need to do is:
Copy the link to your form
Share that link with interested parents or add it to your website
And that’s it! When parents click on the link, they’ll be redirected to a form where they can enter their information. When they submit, it’ll be automatically uploaded to your enquiries list and you’ll receive a notification to let you know you’ve got a new enquiry.
💡 Due to security reasons, it is not possible to embed this form onto your website. Please share via the link instead!

How to Delete an Enquiry
To remove an enquiry, click on the entry from the overview and find the '...' on the top right of the pop-up. From here, select Delete from the dropdown.
