Introducing Reports

Designed to keep everything in one handy place, the combined Reports page makes managing and creating reports and lists a breeze. Now, you can organise your reports more efficiently by marking favourites and filtering them. Plus, browsing through categories is made easy by having them displayed directly in your sidebar. The Suggested for you row at the top of the page makes accessing recently worked-on reports lightning fast. You can of course still find these reports in their original locations on the platform.

This article will guide you through how to navigate the combined Reports page, but first, to access the Reports page:

  • Log in to Famly

  • Click on Reports in your sidebar (if you're on a tablet, Reports can be found under Menu)

  • You'll be directed to the Overview page

On this page, you can filter for reports based on their categories (finance, daily logging, registration, and learning) to find reports for Bill payers, Logged activities, Starters & leavers (currently in beta), and Observations - and many, many more!

Suggested for you

If you're just getting started with the reports, you'll see the last 5 reports you accessed in the Suggested for you section at the top. Once you've engaged with more than 5 reports, we'll display the ones you've interacted with the most over the past 30 days. This way, you'll always have quick access to the reports that matter most to you.

Favourite reports

You can easily mark a report as a favourite by clicking on the yellow star located at the top right corner of the report cards. Once you do this, those reports will show up in the Favourites section on the left side for quick access.

To remove a report from your Favourites, just re-click the yellow star.

Lists

By clicking on the Custom lists tab at the top of the Reports page, you'll be directed to your List overview. Here, you can create lists of children or staff members, and add filters and columns to customise your list.

Once your list is ready, you can display and download it as a PDF to print or download it as an Excel or CVS file to save on your device.
