Requesting extra sessions for your child
You can use the 'Bookings' tab in your child's profile to request extra sessions or products from your child's setting. To do this:
Go to your child's profile
Click on the 'Bookings' tab
Click 'Request Care'. A new window will open up (as below)
Next, select a date and a session or product.
Days on the calendar that are marked in dark pink have no availability, and those that are light pink have partial availability.
When you have chosen your date and session, click 'request care'
This will be sent to your child's setting for approval. You can check this in the 'Bookings' tab
Cancelling extra bookings
If you have requested an ad-hoc session of care for your child, and this has then been accepted by your nursery, it is not possible for you to then cancel the session in the app. You would need to get in touch with your child's setting directly, to ask them to cancel the extra session for you.
