What's The Famly Usage Report?
The Famly Usage Report allows you to see which Parents and Employees are not actively using Famly.
The top box of the report shows how active or inactive your parents are in Famly. You can click into each box to see further details. A user is considered inactive if they have not logged in within the past 30 days. An email address is considered wrong if Famly is unable to deliver emails to that address.
The bottom box shows the same information for your staff.
Where can I find the Famly Usage report?
You can access the Famly usage report by:
Logging in to the app
Clicking on the Home icon
Clicking on Reports > Famly Usage
