Step-by-step Process
If you are not a Famly customer at the moment and would like to go ahead and purchase a package, head to your Famly Store.
Once you decide which package suits you best, click on 'Choose'. Then you will go through a simple three-step flow:
Add your site's information and choose your payment cycle
Add your bill payer's information
Add your preferred payment method
Check if your information is correct and click on 'Upgrade' button to confirm your purchase. You will see a confirmation message on your screen and receive an invoice a few days later.
Please make sure you are on a desktop device since purchases in Famly Store are not available in the downloadable app.
Where do I find the packages and features?
You will find your Famly Store on the side menu bar:
There you can explore the available features at Famly on the 'Features' tab and compare what's available in each package by clicking on 'Compare our packages', under the 'Packages' tab.
