The Famly Store
The Famly Store gives you an overview of the features included in your current package and lets you explore additional features that are available in other packages.
You can:
See which features are already enabled
Explore features in other packages
Start a free trial (where available)
View the benefits of upgrading your package
You can find the Famly Store at the bottom of the left-hand menu, just above Settings.
Who Can See The Famly Store?
The Famly Store is only visible to staff roles who have the Manage enabling/disabling features permission.
What If a Feature Isn’t Included in My Package?
If a feature is part of a package you don’t currently have, you’ll see two options:
Upgrade your package
Start free trial
How Do I Access New Features?
Start a free trial
If you're not on the Professional package (which includes all Famly features), you can start a 14-day free trial at any time.
To start a trial:
Go to the Famly Store
Click Start free trial
You can also start a trial directly from the feature page by clicking Start free trial when viewing that feature.
Packages & Pricing
In the Packages tab, you can see:
Which package you’re currently on, marked by an Active tag
The upgrade options available to you

Click Compare our packages to see which features are included in each package
In the Features tab, you can browse Famly features and upgrade your package to trial them
