Resetting Your Password
If you have forgotten your password or simply want to change it, you can reset it at any time. Use the button below to start the process, then follow the steps on screen.
You will receive an email from Famly with a reset link, as long as your email address was entered correctly.
💡 The reset password email can sometimes land in your spam folder, so check there if it does not appear in your inbox!
The email will look similar to this:

Steps to Reset Your Password
To finish resetting your password:
Open the email and click the link that says Click here to reset your password
If the link does not open, copy it and paste it into a different browser (such as Google Chrome or Firefox)
A new page will open where you can enter your new password
Re-enter the password to confirm
Press Save
Your password is now updated. You will also receive a confirmation email once the change has been completed.
💡 Passwords can no longer be autofilled, and the remember me option has been removed, so choose a password you can easily remember
