How to view the 'Details' section of an invoice

Since the calculation of invoices happens automatically, based on the children's plans and ad-hoc purchases, it's important to be able to see how the total cost is calculated. To do this:

  • Go to the child's profile and click on 'Booking'

  • On the 'Booking' tab, click 'View Account' under 'Bill Payers',

  • A new window will open, where you can select an invoice to view.

  • When previewing an invoice, or looking into it once it has been sent, you will have the option to toggle between PDF view and Details view.
    - The PDF preview is an exact copy of what the bill payer will see.
    - The Details is only available to the setting.


What you can see in the details view

The 'Details' view will show you a breakdown of costs:

  • by week

  • by day

  • by item name

  • hours (paid and funded)

  • in total
