Create Qualifications in the app to add to your staff profiles
The type of training or qualification your staff have may not already appear in the app, so you can add it yourself. To do this:
Log in to the app and enter your 'Settings' menu
Next click 'Staff'
From the drop-down menu, click 'Staff qualifications'
Here you can see the existing qualifications it's possible to add to staff's profiles. Click 'Add new qualification type' and enter the information in the pop-up (as below)
To delete a qualification, just click on it and use the 'bin' icon in the bottom left hand corner.
Where to add your staff member's qualifications
On staff member's profiles, you can now log individual qualifications. They are stored under the 'About' section of the staff's profile. You can view already input qualifications here, as well as add new ones. To add a qualification:
Click 'New' on the right hand side
A new pop-up will open (as below)
Here you can enter your member of staff's qualification and upload evidence (such as a certificate)
When you've finished, click 'Create'
