Knowing your Famly app version is important when troubleshooting issues or contacting our support team. Providing your app version helps us give you faster and more accurate guidance, and ensures any advice is tailored to the version you are using.
There are a few ways to check which version of the Famly app you have installed.
Check in the App Store
Open the App Store on your device and search for Famly
You will see the latest app version and an Update button if your app is not up to date
If your app is already up to date, the button will say Open
Check in the App Before Logging In
Open the Famly app on your device
Look at the bottom right corner of the screen before logging in
Your current app version will be displayed there
Check in Your Account (After Logging In)
Once logged in, go to Troubleshooting in your account
You will see your Famly version and browser information
You can copy this information to your clipboard and send it to a customer advisor if needed
