Building Famly is a team effort, and your feedback plays a real part in shaping what we work on. We've made it easier than ever to share your ideas and stay up to date with what's new, all without leaving the app.
Suggest a Feature
You can now submit feature ideas directly in the Famly app, so there's no need to visit an external tool or website. You'll find the Submit an idea button in-app, where you can tell us what you'd like to see. Our product team reviews incoming ideas regularly, and popular themes feed into what we consider building next.
To suggest a feature:

From here, type in your feature idea and let us know if you're currently using a workaround. You can also rate how important the feature is to you by selecting one of the following:

Nice-to-have

How We Decide What to Build
We plan our product work around what will make the biggest difference to the nurseries and settings using Famly. Our product teams work on opportunities that align with those goals, and we're constantly learning and adjusting as we go.
Our roadmap has two stages:
Being built: something is actively being worked on and is likely to be released. We won't always be able to give a specific date until it's close to release, but once it's on our release calendar with a date, you can count on it
Under consideration: a list of things our product team is seriously thinking about tackling next. There are no timelines attached, and the list changes as we learn more. If something isn't in either of these stages, it's unlikely to be something we'll work on in the near future

Famly ships updates constantly, and we want to make it easy for you to see what's new. To keep track:
Keep an eye on our help centre, where new and updated articles are published alongside releases
Follow us on Village, our community platform, where we share product updates and news
Check the What's new section in the Famly app for the latest releases. You can find it by tapping your profile picture in the top-right corner and selecting What's new
A Note on the Public Roadmap
We previously had a public roadmap at roadmap.famly.co. We've moved away from this in favour of an in-app idea submission experience, and we're working on ways to make it easier to see what we're releasing and when. The old roadmap page is no longer being updated.
