The enrolment add-on brings together everything you need to manage new families from the moment they sign up. It includes digital contracts, parent to-do lists, and a dedicated new starters messaging experience, so your team spends less time chasing paperwork and more time with the children in your care.
Contracts
Create reusable contract templates and send them to parents for digital signing, all without leaving Famly. Parents are notified automatically, sign in-app or by typing their name, and a legally valid copy is stored once both parents and your nursery have signed. You can track the status of every contract from the child's profile or the contracts overview.
Parent To-do Lists
Set up reusable task lists that automatically assign to parents based on their child's age or start date. Tasks can include forms to complete, profile sections to fill in, or prompts to get in touch. Parents are notified in-app and by email, and you get a clear overview of each family's progress.
New Starters
Give new families a warm welcome before their child's first day. Parents with upcoming children see a personalised welcome screen in the Famly app, with a direct way to contact your team. You can choose which staff receive and respond to new starter messages, keeping communication organised and consistent.
