How to set up an increase in the funding grant

Adding a New Rate Period

To add a new rate period to an existing funding grant, go to:

  • Settings β†’ Finances β†’ Pricing β†’ Fundamentals β†’ Funding grants

  • Select the funding grant that is due to change

  • Click Add rate period

  • Fill in the date for when the current rate period will end

  • Input the new hourly rate in the box that has appeared

  • Click Update


Bulk Update the Plans

Bulk updating is a feature on our Premium and Professional packages. If you're curious to learn more about pricing and packages, click here!

You can bulk update your plans to pick up any changes you've made to your session, product or package settings including changes to funding.

To Bulk Update the plans, follow the instructions in the article below:

IMPORTANT: If you add additional children after you have scheduled the bulk change of plans, with start dates before the price change date, you will need to manually change their plans to match the new pricing.

Please note, if you fund manually, you will have to update the hourly rate and funding contribution for children's sessions to reflect the change in funding, as this will not change automatically.
