Updating a Child's Nappy or Toilet Status

To record a nappy change or toilet visit:

  • Head to the Overview and select the child/children who have visited the toilet or had their nappy changed, by clicking on their photo

  • In the menu box that appears on the right, click on Nappy/Toilet

You'll see the following Nappy or Toilet options that you can choose as a status for children:

Dry โ†’ when the child is dry; either in underwear or pull up

Wet โ†’ when the child is wet in a diaper or pull up

BM (which stands for Bowel Movement) โ†’ when the child has a BM in a diaper or pull up

Wet & BM โ†’ when the child has a BM and is wet in a diaper or pull up

Here you can add the details, including the time, and any notes (such as 'cream applied')

  • The child's activity will now show as having visited the toilet or having had their nappy changed. You will see the icon show on their profile photo, and on their activity feed:

Remove a Nappy or Toilet Status

If you have entered a nappy or toilet status in error, head to the child's profile and go to their Activity tab. Find the incorrect status, hover over it and click the little x that appears. Click Confirm to save your changes.
