Logging in to the app

Staff can use a PIN to log in to the app, instead of typing in their email and password each time they log in. To do this:

  • Log in to the Famly app using your email and password

  • Click your picture in the right-hand corner

  • Do NOT click the 'Sign-in Pincode' section- this is only for signing children in and out of the setting, instead choose 'My Account'

  • Click the tab 'Password and PIN'

  • Here, you can set a pin.

This can be useful, as sessions in the app time out after 5 minutes of inactivity, to prevent devices being left logged in. It is not possible to change or disable this setting.


Finding your PIN code

If you have forgotten your 4-digit PIN code, it can be found by doing the following-

  • Log in to the Famly app using your email and password

  • Click your picture in the right-hand corner

  • Do NOT click the 'Sign-in Pincode' section- this is only for signing children in and out of the setting, instead choose 'My Account'

  • Click the tab 'Password and PIN'

  • Type your password and press 'Show PIN'

  • Your PIN will now be visible


Changing your log in pin

You can change your chosen pin at any time, to do this:

  • Log in to the Famly app using your email and password

  • Click your picture in the right-hand corner

  • Choose 'My Account'

  • Click the tab 'Password and PIN'

  • Type your password and press 'Show pin'

  • Type your new PIN in to the box (as below) and click 'Set PIN'
