Log in to the App
Staff can use a PIN to log in to the app, instead of typing in their email and password each time they log in. To do this:
Log in to the Famly app using your email and password
Click your picture in the right-hand corner
Click on My account
Click on the Password and PIN tab
Here, you can set a login PIN
Please note: you’ll need to re-authenticate your PIN every 30 days using your preferred non-pin authentication method by re-entering your password or signing in via SSO (single sign-on).
Auto Logout
Sessions in the app time out after 5 minutes of inactivity to prevent devices from being left logged in. Using the pin to log in can speed up sign-in time, however, you can also change the time of auto-logout.
To do so:
Go to your Settings in your sidebar
Click on Security
Select Auto-logout times
Choose the auto-logout times for different roles at your center
Find your PIN code
If you have forgotten your 4-digit PIN code, it can be found by:
Logging in to the Famly app using your email and password
Clicking on your picture in the right-hand corner
From here, go to My account
Click the Password and PIN tab
Type your password and press Show PIN
Your PIN will now be visible
Change your PIN
You can change your chosen pin at any time. You can do this by:
Logging in to the Famly app using your email and password or PIN
Clicking on your picture in the right-hand corner
From here, go to My account
Click the Password and PIN tab
Type your password and press Show PIN
Your old PIN will show at the top, and you'll see a field where you can enter your New 4-digit PIN
To save your new PIN, click on Set PIN
