Help centre and support resources

We have a number of resources to help support you with using the app:

  • In-app help centre:
    Open the menu, then click 'Help and Support'

  • Famly Blog:
    Here, you’ll find the latest articles and interviews with industry experts.

  • Customer Newsletter:
    Sign up for our monthly newsletter to keep up with relevant releases and news from the Famly

  • The Famly Status page
    Famly's status page will give you an overview of all systems and whether we are currently experiencing problems or degraded performance of the app.

  • The Famly Road Map
    Find out what's planned for the app, and suggest or request new features.


Customer Support

Support hours: 8am - 4pm

We have a team of Customer Support Specialists who manage all incoming support on a daily basis. If you have a question, or something’s not working right with your app, then our team is here to help.


To get in touch (using a browser):

  • Select the little question mark in-app

  • Click the “Chat to us” button

  • You can start a direct conversation with us from there

  • Click on 'Chat to us'

  • A new screen will open, where you can click on 'Send us a message'


Customer Success

We have Customer Success Specialists who manage your onboarding and training. Their overall goal is to work with you on business goals and to help you get the most value out of the app.
