Frankie as a Parent Communicator

Written by Josie

Keeping on top of family messages, handover notes, and lesson plans is easy to let slip when the day gets busy. Frankie helps you make sure nothing is left waiting, from unanswered messages to missing plans at pickup time.

What Frankie Can Do

You can ask Frankie about communication in your own words. Here are some examples of what to ask:

  • Find messages from families that nobody has answered, longest wait first

  • Draft replies for you to read, edit, and send

  • Gather today's handover notes for pickup, and flag any children who don't have one yet

  • Show which rooms are behind on lesson plans

  • Draft a missing lesson plan, or a friendly nudge to the room's team

Every message is yours to send. Frankie won't contact anyone without your approval.

Once, or on a schedule

You can ask Frankie in chat whenever you need an answer, or give Frankie a regular job, like a list of families waiting for a reply every morning. Read more about giving Frankie a regular task.
