๐Ÿค“ What youโ€™ll do here

  • Log accident reports

  • Do a Face to Name count

๐Ÿค• 1. Log an accident report

๐Ÿ‘‰ Where: Children menu - Health and safety

With parents on board, you can log any accident reports and receive acknowledgements promptly. Head to a child's profile and add a new accident form, using the interactive body map in the Health and safety tab.

Once you send it, parents will get notified instantly and get to acknowledge the form straight from the app.

๐Ÿ’Š 2. Log a Medication report

๐Ÿ‘‰ Where: Child profile - Health and safety

Do you have any medication forms laying around? Whether itโ€™s CalPol, EpiPen or antibiotics - record, manage, and get permission for all medications you administer.

Rest easy knowing all medications are acknowledged by parents and staff members and never lose track of amounts, doses and exact timings medications should be given.

Simply head to Medication in Health and safety and add all details. Managers and parents need to acknowledge the form before staff can administer doses.

Then parents will get a notification about each dose to acknowledge them.

๐Ÿ’‰ 3. Log immunization records

๐Ÿ‘‰ Where: Child profile - Health and safety

To start, add each child to your immunization records overview and record their completed (or exempted) immunizations by clicking on the Reports tab in the sidebar, going to the Health and safety category, then clicking on Immunisations.ย If a child is current with all doses, check the Mark all overdue doses as completed box to prefill them based on the childโ€™s age.

Famly will guide you on remaining and overdue doses according to CDC recommendations and each child's birth date. Once completed, these records are accessible in both staff and parent views on the childโ€™s profile.
