The Famly calendar gives you a simple way to see what is happening at your child’s nursery. You can check upcoming events, their activity plan, and the weekly menu.
It brings everything into one place so you can stay up to date and quickly see what your child will be doing each day.
Calendar Overview
You can find the calendar by tapping on your profile picture at the bottom of your screen. From here, tap on Calendar.
It shows:
Upcoming events your nursery has scheduled
Your child’s sign-in and sign-out information for today. You can also update their expected collection time
Your child’s activity plan if your nursery uses this feature
The weekly menu if it is enabled at your nursery
The calendar gives you a clear overview of everything relevant to your child’s day.
Invitations to Events
When your nursery invites you to an event, it will appear in your calendar. From the calendar, you can:
RSVP to an event to let the nursery know if you will be attending
Change your response if your plans change
Tap an event to see more details
Invitations may also appear in your Newsfeed and Notifications, so you do not miss them.
Viewing the Weekly Menu
If your nursery uses the menu feature, you can see the meals planned for the week directly in the calendar. This shows what your child will be eating each day and helps you plan ahead.
Editing Collection Times
If your child is expected to be collected later than usual or their schedule changes during the day, you can update their expected collection time directly from the calendar.
💡 If you cannot see some items in the calendar, it may be because your nursery has not enabled that feature or because you have not been invited to a specific event
