Where do I find features and packages?
If you are a Famly customer and want to upgrade your package, head to your Famly Store. You can explore the available features at Famly and compare packages by clicking on 'Compare our packages'.
Purchase process
Once you decide which package suits you best, simply click on 'Choose'. A window for you to choose the package and payment cycle (monthly/yearly) will open. The cost is then added to your normal invoice from Famly.
Please make sure you are on a desktop device since purchases in Famly Store are not available in the downloadable app.
