Right to rectification
Famly acts as a Processor and processes your personal data on behalf of the Controller (the nursery).
You should be able to rectify the information on the platform on your own user account. However, if that is not possible we ask you to direct your request to the nursery. If necessary, we can then assist the nursery to take the appropriate action to meet the request.
Right to access
Famly acts as a Processor and processes your personal data on behalf of the Controller (the nursery). As such, we cannot act directly on your request for access to your data as an user (parent/guardian) of the Famly platform (including access to your child's data).
Therefore, we ask you to direct your request to the nursery. We can then assist the nursery to take the appropriate action to meet the request as may be necessary.
Right to delete/erasure
Famly acts as a Processor and processes your personal data on behalf of the Controller (the nursery). As such, we cannot act directly on your request to erase the data related to you as an user (parent/guardian) of the Famly platform (including your child's data).
Therefore, we ask you to direct your request to the nursery. We can then assist the nursery to take the appropriate action to meet the request as may be necessary.
