The Children overview is where you can find and manage all the children at your setting. You can search and filter the list, view key details for any child, and contact parents directly, all without leaving the page.
To find it, click Children in your sidebar and select Overview.
Finding a Child
The children list is searchable, so you don't need to scroll through to find who you're looking for. You can also filter by status or room using the filter options at the top of the list.
Type a child's name in the search bar to find them straight away
Use the status and room filters to narrow down the list
Click Clear all to reset your filters
Viewing a Child's Details
Clicking on a child's row opens a side panel with their key information, so you can check details without losing your place in the list.
From the side panel, you can:
View the child's key details and contact information
Tap a phone number to call, or an email address to send an email directly
Message the child's parents from the bottom of the panel
Click through to the full child profile for everything else
Adding a New Child
To add a new child to your setting, click Add child in the top right corner of the Children overview and fill in their details.
