How to Change Your Password
If you know your current password and want to update it:
Tap on your profile photo and head Your Settings
Tap on the Password and PIN section
Enter your current password, then type in your new password
Click Save to confirm the change
💡 Famly no longer supports password autofill or the "Remember Me" option when logging in. Please choose a password you'll remember
What to Do If You Forgot Your Password
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it in just a few steps:
Enter your email address and follow the on-screen instructions
Check your email inbox (and spam folder) for a message from Famly
Click the link in the email that says Click here to reset your password
If the link doesn't work, copy and paste it into your browser (Chrome is recommended)
On the reset page, enter your new password and confirm it
Click Save
You’ll receive an email confirming that your password has been successfully updated.
💡 Reminder: Since Famly does not allow password autofill or a "Remember Me" login option, be sure to select a password you can easily recall
