Where to Find the Setting Overview
The platform gives those with the Manager role a way to see a snapshot of their whole setting.
To see it simply log in to the app, and the Overview is your first screen.
What Information can I see in the Overview?
Starting at the top, the graph shows the expected number of children, the actual number of children, and the staff signed in to the setting. You can hover your cursor over the graph to get detailed figures.
If you have 'favourited' or 'Starred' any rooms by clicking the star icon, these will be shown in the first tab.
All the rooms in the setting will be shown in the second tab, with all the children and staff (as described above).
The third tab will not show a graph, but all the current tags you're using in your setting, and how many children that tag applies to are present.
The icons below the graph indicate (from left to right):
How many children and staff are enrolled in the setting?
How many children are due in that day?
How many children and staff are currently signed in to the setting?
How many children and staff are registered as being on holiday?
How many children and staff are registered as being off sick?
At the bottom of the 'Starred' and 'All Rooms' tabs, you will see a list of each room in the setting, as well as the children that are signed in. As well as the above, you can also click on these to see a Room Overview.
