Find out which version of the app you're running
When troubleshooting your queries, it can be helpful for the Support Team to know which version of the app you are running. You can find your version by going to your app store, and looking at 'version history'.
Setting up automatic updates
For Apple devices
Open the Settings app.
Select App Store.
Under the Automatic Downloads section, turn on App Updates as shown below:
What this does:
Turning on automatic downloads lets the App Store check for any app updates, and it’ll install them as soon as they’re available. In a similar way to how iOS system updates work, the Famly App updates will be installed when your device is connected to Wi-Fi, plugged in and charging.
For Android devices
Have a look at the step-by-step video below:
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap Menu Settings.
Tap Auto-update apps.
Select one of the following options:
Over any network to update apps using either Wi-Fi or mobile data.
Over Wi-Fi only to update apps when connected to Wi-Fi.
