How do I find the 'All Invoicing Activity' report

Keep track of all invoicing, bill payers, and payments and easily add new payments. To find the 'All Invoicing Activity' report:

  • Log in to the app and click on the 'Apps' menu

  • Click on the 'Revenue and Debt' app

  • Click on 'All Invoicing Activity'


Payments

You can view payments by selecting 'Payments' from the 'Show' drop-down menu. You can filter by:

  • Payment Date, which the date that appears on the payment,

  • By 'created/deleted at' date, which is the date the payment was created in or deleted

  • Payment method

  • Transaction status.

All of the information can be exported in a CSV file.

Add a payment

From both the show 'Invoices' and show 'Payments' screen, you can add Payments, via the Apply Payment box on the right. Find out more about logging a payment in the article below:


Invoices

Keep track of all your invoices by selecting 'Invoices' from the 'Show' drop-down menu. You can filter the invoices by:

  • 'Invoice date', which is the date that appears on the invoice,

  • 'Created at' date, which is the date the invoice was created and sent.

These too can be as a CSV file.


Bill Payers

By selecting 'Bill Payers' from the 'Show' drop-down menu, you will see a list of all the Bill Payers (in alphabetical order) along with their details. You can choose to filter by:

  • As of a certain date,

  • Archived bill payers

  • Missing address.

This table too can be downloaded as a CSV file.


Deposits

Keep track of all your deposits by selecting 'Deposits' from the 'Show' drop-down menu. To find out more about managing deposits, visit the article below:
