Famly uses notifications to highlight important updates from your child’s center. These notifications help keep you up to date with what’s happening during your child’s day. In the Famly app, notifications are shown on the bell icon in the menu at the bottom of your screen. If you have new notifications, you’ll see a number displayed on the bell icon.
View Your Notifications
You can view all notifications from your child’s center in one place.
To open your notifications:
Tap the bell icon at the bottom of the screen
A list of your notifications will appear
Control Which Notifications You Receive
You can choose which notifications you receive and how you would like to receive them.
To manage your notification settings:
Tap on your picture in the menu bar
Select Your Settings
Tap Notifications and Messaging
Use the tick boxes to choose which notifications you want to receive
Notification Types
Famly offers three ways to receive notifications:
Push, a notification that appears directly on your phone screen
Email, an email sent to the address you use to log in to Famly
